D365: Outlook sync connection is working properly for others, but with one user it will sync but not track. We can make changes via Outlook and they appear in the CRM and we can make changes in the CRM and they appear in Outlook, so it doesn't seem to be a sync issue. When we track or set regarding, Outlook states it's doing so, but it isn't showing in the activities in CRM. Any advice would be very helpful to cleanup this issue. Thank you, in advance.
