How to set a reservation policy against a released product to 'manual'

Hi,

Is there a way to set reservation policy against a released product to 'manual' to ensure that it is not automatically reserved against any transactions. I have not found any field on the released product details form apart from the reservation hierarchy which I believe is only active for released products set to use advanced warehousing functionality that is not in scope for our implementation.

I appreciate any assistance in this regard.

There is no such field on the released product. However we have 'Item sales reservation' field on the Item model group. This group will be assigned to item -
