Hi,
Can someone please assist I am getting the below error message on Business Portal
"no windows terminal server name is set up"

Hi Andza,
Some of the functionality shown in Business Portal opens up Dynamics GP in a Terminal Server session - in other words - it doesn't use Business Portal/Sharepoint at all.
To use this functionality, you must first have a Terminal Server setup with a full Dynamics GP installation. From there, log into the Business Portal site as the Business Portal Administrator and go to Site Actions -> Site Settings. Under Business Portal Administration, click on the E-mail and Terminal Services link. Enter the Terminal Server name, the path to Dynamics GP (e.g. "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics\GP\Dynamics.exe Dynamics.set") and the working folder. Now when you click that link, a terminal services Dynamics GP session will start.
If you don't want to use this functionality, simply remove the web part from the shared version of the portal page.
