Hi, i need to pull (eg:sandeep fiber shorts report-> cases) and (eg:sandeep fiber shorts report->Notes).

in advanced find :

i need to change the date range on the both reports to the month of the report and the week prior. This report will show any cases sandeep has logged in which Frontier has accepted an existing short in inventory to cover their order. If Frontier has accepted a short, it means that we did not cut this line and it needs to be removed from the report. 

how this could be achieved and its new to me

    I dont know the context for Incident Base, so I will not comment on that.

    Hi Sandeep,

    You can also utilise CRM Report Wizard to create, case and its notes report. The below URL tells you how to use Report Wizard

    Just change the Primary Entity to case

    Related entity to notes

    Notes is a separate entity

    In Sql it is stored under a table called Annotations

    where will be notes stored.. is that sepparate entity or it will b inside the case only???

    Advanced find>>Look for Cases>>Created on/whatever your date field is=last X days=37

    there are some reports i need to pull 2 in those reports and in advanced find i need to add date range on those two reports to month of the report and week. prior
