I am setting up an email template and want to know if I can have an option in the dynamic text that is one field is blank then use another. Similar to the default option but slightly different :-). We are using out of the box entities when I have no issue with the email templates and dynamic text.
As part of our process we do an address validation and if there are corrections we use a secondary address field. I want to see if I can set up one template that covers both scenrios. i.e. if the validation address field is blank then bring in the original address field.
