How these particular entity selected with contact field name works? From where these 4 relations are coming and can we make a new relation to add here ?

Tried various combinations but no inbound customer journey worked for me.

As i am selecting any .. nothing is working in the journey.

Hi,

It stands for the N:1 relationships between the entity you selected and Contact.

As we know, the audience of the customer journey can be contact only, so if you choose another entity and it has several relationships with Contact entity, you have to choose one of them as a condition.

For example, the Account entity only has one N:1 relationship with Contact entity.
