BPF modifies record instead of adding record

I have created a bpf that at some point 3 stages fill out the same form. At stage 1 the row is created but then after stage 2 and 3 the same record is modified. I want to create 3 different records for the 3 difrerent stages not modify the same record. What do i do

Are these three records from different tables or the same table?

1.Multiple tables in business process flows

You can use a business process flow for a single table or span multiple tables. For example, you may have a process that begins with an opportunity, then continues to a quote, an order, and then an invoice, before finally returning to close the opportunity.

You need to create a relationship between these tables then edit Relationship property in the BPF:

Hello,

I'm afraid it's not the way it was designed. When the BPF is created - all the actions with that BPF for that record is stored in that record.
