Sending the email workflow

Hi,

I have two entities- Contact and XXX and the relationship is 1:n

Lets say, XXX record gets created today, then check the contact created date is on or before the 7 days of xxx created date. I f the criteria is matched, then need to send an email to the contact.

Please advise if this can be possible through workflow? if Yes, please let me know the condition. Screenshots is highly aprreciated.
