Entities relationships pass to "Son"

Hello

On the "Account" entity there are 3 1:N relationship to the same account entity.

The parent OOB relation (parental) and 2 others that created by customization (referential)

When the users trying to create a new "Son" account from the "Father" , the father account is populated in all the 3 fields and to just in the one it should

Any suggestion how to bypass this ?

Error:

Could not delete Field Map

One or more of the field maps could not be deleted because they are being used by the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.

Is there any error when you try to remove the mapping or it just don't allow it?

Yes , these fields are mapped but it is not allowing me to remove the mapping from any of the relation .
