Electronic Bank reconcile - BAI2 Format

Hi Everyone:

If there's someone who is knowledgeable with Electronic Bank Reconciliation and the format of the Bank download file, I'd greatly appreciate your help. My need is urgent and I'd gladly compensate you for your time.

    There is, you have to click on the link Dean mentioned, enter your email address, which will then say you've successfully subscribed to something. Then if you go to your email for the address you entered, there will be a link to download the file.

    It is a bai1.zip file containing a pdf file with instructions and a BAI2FileFormat.txt file.

    Just FYI............I just tried this.

    Hi Kelsey: Thanks for your kind response. I'll take a look at this KB 2872105 again to make sure I did not miss anything related to the dates, in versions prior to GP 2013 R2.

    Thanks for pointing me in the right direction........this could be my issue.

    I would take a look at KB 2872105 - Steps to modify the BAI file format in Electronic Reconcile in Microsoft Dynamics GP: support.microsoft.com/.../2872105. Also, make sure the date format in the config file matches the format from the Bank file.  We do have some quality issues on versions prior to Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 R2, so you may be running into a bug. If you are still having issues I would suggest opening a case so we can review your configurator.
