Linking invoices to GL in SQL tables

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

I know I've done this before, but it was some years ago.  I'm digging through SQL tables but am not having any luck.  In a former company we had an issue years ago where we had some posted invoices that somehow did not post to the GL.  I've been asked to make a report to periodically check to ensure this is not the case again.  Not sure why this happened, why it has come up now, and am doubtful the report would ever populate.

Can anyone tell me which sales SQL table (e.g. SOP30200) links with which general ledger SQL table (e.g. GL10000).

thanks!
brad

Are you looking for unposted GL entries, posted GL entries, current year GL or historical year GL?

Unposted are in GL100001 and GL10000, current year in GL20000 and historical GL30000.
