CRM2016 Cannot access CRM..... Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community .......

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

When trying to login to CRM I get an error page. Error an error has occurred.

When I access the URL I get the IFD logon page enter my user and password and then get forwarded to CRM which displays the error. I checked the Claims and relay rules on IFD and the are working properly.

Looking at the CRM server windows error logs I have

    Hi,

That sounds like it's an issue with certificate rollover. Check out this post from Mike Ochs at Cobalt for the solution:

    blog.cobalt.net/.../-adfs-certificates-tis-the-season-for-rollover

Hope this helps! I'd appreciate if you'd mark this as Answering your question.

    Thanks,

     Aiden
