Few users are facing following error when they are trying to see documents of a contact. this happening only few users where as other users able to access documents. (both the users are with same permissions).

For users it is not working, ask them to directly access the sharepoint folder and see if it works. To me it looks like sharepoint permissions issue.

those users were access documents until last Friday but suddenly they facing this message.
