How to Export & Import PO Quote using excel in Nav 2016

Hi,

I'm trying to Export & Import the PO Quote using excel format in Nav 2016 but, I didn't find the Table Id for Quote in Configuration packages.

Please help me in uploading the quote using excel.

    Hi Laxmi,

    Purchase Quotes, Purchase Invoices, Purchase Orders and Purchase Credit Memos all belong to same table and it is Purchase Header table id 38. So you need to add the header details to table id 38 and line details to table id 39 i.e. Purchase Line.

    Note: Put Document Type as Quote in the header and then after import you'll see the documents in Purchase Quote list.
