Hello,
Does the new Field Service (Dynamics 365) mobile app support URL schemes and deep linking?
Just to be clear, I'm not talking about the original Field Service mobile app.
If so, what is the URL scheme?
Thanks
Please check this previous post.

Hope this helps
Best Regards
PG
Note: I realized after posting that you were asking for the Field Service (Dynamics 365) mobile app.
Thank you PG.
Unfortunately, everything in this thread ultimately points back to the original Field Service mobile app and not the new Field Service (Dynamics 365) mobile app.
I think part of the problem is that the new app is a model-driven power app that resides inside of D365.
Which brings up a larger question, is there any way to deep link a model-driven app that resides inside of D365?
Yes it is using the Power Platform. According to Microsoft document "Field Service (Dynamics 365) mobile app is recommended for simpler use cases and for organizations that want to get up and running quickly with a mobile solution for technicians because it is built on the Power Platform and uses the same admin console as Field Service web and the same PCF controls."
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/field-service/mobile-2020-power-platform#feature-comparison-field-service-dynamics-365-versus-field-service-mobile
Microsoft is recommending to continue using the existing "Field Service Mobile" app for current and new deployments of Dynamics 365 Field Service. As development in the Field Service (Dynamics 365) mobile app continues through 2021

As for deep linking in power apps, please check out this blog.
https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/powerapps-deep-linking/
Unfortunately, the PowerApp blog assumes that I am the author of the PowerApp and that I am writing the PowerApp to support deep linking.
Ultimately, I am trying to do a mobile app-to-app call that will launch the new app to a specific screen and/or record. This will require both mobile URL scheme support and deep linking support in the new app.
Perhaps we can add this to the wish list of features for the next release of the Field Service (Dynamic 365) mobile app.
Thanks again for your help.
