Hi,

In entitlements when a field called "Show all" has a value of "yes", it triggers a business rule that shows all 20 fields (all fields have visible by default off).  However im trying to create a business rule that when "show all" field is marked "no" it will show only show the fields that contain data only.

Is this possible to do as a business rule. Trying to figure out the rule logic.

If "show all" equals "No"

then Set visability "yes" ( but only if the field contains data?)

    Hi Davidhen1,

    You could use very complicated Business rule to achieve this as you would like to set visible to all fields under this entity record when the option set is 'yes'.

    I don't recommend this functions, I would suggest with Web resource to release your requirements with js function

    formContext.getControl(arg).setVisible(bool);

    Hope above would help.
