Plugin for multi/bulk update data in subgrid .

Hi

My requirements are ,

We have ParentEntity and Childentity. Now when we select multiple/bulk childentity from subgrid and update them (update send to finance ->true) . Its should create one record in custom entity (parent) and multiple(selected from subgrid) records in custom child entity .

How I can register plugin (on which message) which create or execute one time and create records in custom entities .
