So the process currently on the Tasklets is as followed, our Picker will go into the shipments Tab > Select Order to Ship > Confirm Quantities > Select Shipping Agent, in this case DPD > then that’s it.

Before this started happening it was a case of entering the Shipping Agent code and then we’d input the Box Quantities and the weight of the shipment due to go out before posting and then the Labels for the boxes would be printed out automatically, at the moment our Pick team are having to now manually input all details onto the main DPD website to get their labels

Hi, I'm sorry I'm not clear about your specific question, if you want to automatically get the information on the DPD website, you can contact them to see if there is an interface, and then you can develop a simple API to get the information.
