Error: File not found when clicking a customer

In Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, when I click on Customers (Asiakkaat) and then select a customer I get error message File not found (tiedostoa ei löytynyt).

This occurs every time I click on a customer.

    I was facing same issue with "Opportunity" entity. Following procedure solved my problem.

    Go to -> Settings -> Customization -> Customize the System -> Entities -> click on Customers 

    In General Tab, Under Communication & Collaboration you can see Document management. If it's selected, then deselect  that Save and Publish.

    Deselect

    Note : Deselect Document Management

    Even i am facing same issue in production but not in sandbox.

    In my case entity is Opportunity.

    Hello,

    From the stack trace it seems like there is a problem with a subgrid that is connected to SharePoint, so you can try to look for that.

    However, I would recommend opening a support request with Microsoft Support, so they can properly look at your environment.
