Safe Pay Payee Name

I have Safe Pay configurator (for PNC) set up to have 50 characters for the payee name, but the .txt to be transmitted is only saving 35. Any suggestions?

John: Go into Tools>>Routines>>Financial>>Safepay>>Configurator

choose you PSN setup and go to the detail

Go to the Detail and go to the Payee Name and change the number of Characters to 50

Right now mine only has 30 but you can increase that amount to 50

Thanks Susan, but the problem is that I actually have that field set up to 50, but only 35 would show on the .txt file.
