How configuration Pole Display on RMS by Port COM

Hello all..
I have Pole Display PD-3200 with COM port on my computer,
Knowing that the monitor has a USB port, and after identifying it on the computer, it became a com port,
And I want to connect it to an RMS point of sale,
But I can't find a place for it via COM,
Has anyone encountered this problem and how was it resolved?!

    Try the Configure Microsoft OPOS Service Objects utility. Create and assign your display to a comm port 1,2,.3 or 4 that matches with the Windows Device Manager. Also, make sure you assign a device name that matches the register setup in RMS Manager.
