Restrict Users from Adding Other People's Cases to Queue

Hello, I need to prevent users from adding other people's cases to queues and only their own. I tried to do that by editing the permissions in the /queue/ section, but it did not work; even though users cannot edit others' cases, they were able to assign them to queues. Is there a way to prevent them from doing that?

Hi,

You should modify the Append to permission of the queue entity to the user level.

According to the Microsoft document.

Table privileges

In this way, when a user adds another user's case record to the queue, the following error occurs.

Hello Dengliang, thank you for your response. However, it did not work; while it did prevent the user from adding others' cases to queue, it also prevented them from adding their own cases to a queue. I want to allow the user to just add their own cases to a queue.
