Hi,
I have this problem: when I try to send an email from CRM, where I can see the body correctly, when I receive the email, the body is empty.
I have tried disabling all plugins/flows and customizations regarding the email, but nothing makes it work.
I have tried different senders, some work, some don't.
The main difference is that the ones that work have a .com ending and the ones that don't work have a .de ending.
On the CRM side the configuration for both, the queue and the mailbox, has the same parameters between the .com and .de addresses.
What can I check or what can I do to test?
