We are working on extending PSA time entries to include an option for cases.
We added a lookup field to cases on the Time Entry entity and added a new record on the Time Source entity (Customer Service).
As of now, we can add time entries to cases and submit them. However, I am stuck on the following and was wondering if anyone ever accomplished this.
1- How can case submitted times be processed through approval? We need all submitted entries to be approved or rejected, similar to PSA entries.
2- Will we be able to see resource utilization that includes all-time entries accounted for (PSA and Cases).
