HelloI there a way of setting globally which marketing interactions appear in the timeline? In the form editor, there’s no mention of marketing interactions? I’d like to globally restrict the timeline just to show website visits (not clicks).ThanksPete
Hi petemurray,
You can open filter pane through clicking the button in the timeline:
You can view interactions based on activities from both real-time marketing and outbound marketing, including interactions across the following marketing activities:EmailsText messagesPush notificationsWeb activityFormsEvents
status of these interactions:
But you cannot set default filter conditions on the timeline for interactions, because interactions filter not list in the filter pane when you customize timeline in the form editor.
You can manually filter the timeline after opening each record.
Thanks. I thought that was the case.
It's really annoying for users to see tens of website click entries, which displace all the more important timeline entries. Editing the filters *per record* just isn't an option.
I hope Microsoft could allow this in the future.
Pete
