Unable to use Schedule API

Hi,
 
We are using Project operation Lite deployment , I'm using Schedule API to update and create project Buckets in my plugin. But OOTB other plugin is throwing an error Action cannot be called when the caller is from Microsoft Project? Did anyone face this issue and found a solution? I tried impersonating with different users, still it gives same error.
