We have an issue when viewing our CRM on a laptop. We can't see any of the information on the form. The header, Sales Ribbon and footer take up almost the entire screen. Any help is appreciated!
The footer issue can be solved by removing extra fields. It’s supposed to have 4 fields in 4 columns footer section.
You don’t have any fields in header.
The BPF is also having extra white spaces, verify if you have spacers or fields hidden in js.
Check the zoom settings in browser.
Still there are complaints overall about more white spaces in Product. :)

By the way, I never received such issue.
That could be done but, all other 365 applications do not have this issue. I am not sure why the header, sales ribbon take up over half of the screen and the footer takes up another 25%.
Change screen resolution.
Yes, it is the same issue in Chrome except you can see 1 more attribute row slightly. The organization does not tell users to use Chrome, just IE.
Try to open it in another browser and let me know if you are facing issue there as well.
