Including a survey in a marketing email

Hello,

when I try to include a survey in a marketing email I get the error message "bad request" when I try to open the survey from the email.

Does anyone have an idea why this occurs?

    Have you checked to see if you VOC app is configured properly. Here is the link below that shows how to ensure your app is configured correctly. After you follow these steps, if you go back to the survey you are having an issue with and validate it, the survey should begin working correctly again. Hope this helps!
