Referent - Change picture quality

Hello Together,

We are working with speakers and also display them in the event portal. Now we notice that we have quality issues in Dynamics when uploading a speaker image.

We work with high resolution images, but after uploading the quality is very low.

Is there a way to change the quality of the images?

Best regards

I have the same question (0)

    Hi MarioKraus,

I think maybe the new image haven't been shown on the event yet. Sometimes changes are not immediately reflected on the web page if you do not clear the cache.

    Edge browser clears the cache:

    1. Open Microsoft Edge, select Menu (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser) > Settings > Privacy & services.
    2. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
    3. Select "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data" check box and then select Clear.

Please don’t forget crop and size your images before you upload them. (Speaker image will convert the picture to Dimensions 144 x 144, so the original picture is best not to go too far)

Thanks for your response - i am aware of the cache. I guess the problem is the image size of 144 x 144. Is there any way to influence this? If we want to make the images bigger (through portal adjustments) then the low quality is a problem for a professional appearance.

    Hi MarioKraus,

I'm afraid that the image size attribute cannot be modified.

Maybe this link can help you: Solved: How to Edit Portal Pages (front-end) - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)
