Hey all,
Is there a way to send instantaneous emails out to contacts when the contact is first entered into Dynamics? I know we can use segments and customer journeys, but those can take up to an hour to refresh and send. Specifically, asking about a "Welcome" email when a customer first signs up on our website. The kicker here is that it has to use the D365 marketing app; it can't use workflows, in order to be CPM compliant.
Any thoughts on this?

You could refer to my answer(the last one) in this thread to accomplish it.
Add a validation step to only send "Welcome" email if no existing contact record is found in Dynamics Marketing.
