Missing TAB 'shipping Info' from Sale Orders - whse shipment

I am working in a CHRONOS - BC.

I can'Topen the SHIPPING INFO section from the sales orders. If I open the whse shipment, the tab is not visible either. 

Is there any setup?

    Looks like it is not a standard BC action and may be a customization.

    Hi, I checked the Sales Order page in BC19.1 w1 version.

    This does not seem to be a standard feature, please contact your partner.
