API limit in Dynamics 365

Hello All,

I do have some doubts on CRM API limits, which are going to be applicable in Oct'19 release.
(docs.microsoft.com/.../api-limits)

> Does the API limit consider Http requests call from JavaScript code?
> Does the API limit consider the SDK calls, not the plug-in or custom workflow but a separate .Net routine?

Example: If I call a custom Web API hosted at Azure as API App to create records in D365 CRM, for this scenario the above limits are applicable or not?

And to my knowledge, the answer to your question is yes, anything that ends up calling the API is counted toward the limit.
