Hi ,
I am trying to click to open popup via hyperclick but nothing happening in USD.
but When I am opening in IE or Chrome the it will working fine.
(This popup opening multiple times may be it is not supporting in USD)
Do you have any idea please suggest me.

I have not created a rules.
This is seperate application and it is working fine in IE but in USD does not work.

What is your hosted control configuration? I blv, you must have configured it as "standard web application only". Do you have any windows navigation rules ?

I have external web application. there are few hyperlink is available in this site. When click on hyperlink then one popup close and again one popup is opening(because of some business rule).
this application is working perfectly in Internet explore and chrome.
but when i am trying to open this application into USD(Unified Service Desk) then hyperlink is not working . So I am really stuck.
Analysis: I have changed Hosted control still not working.
Do you have any idea please let me know.
