Column missing in aging report

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Our Aging Report for Customers has lost the 90 day column; this happened when we upgraded security.

Can anyone show me how to add it back?

Thanks

Is this something I need to do in Crystal Reports?

    Carl,

This is by application design, by default only the first 4 buckets are added to the report, you will have to modify the report by clicking on "Modify" button on top of the report and Drag the following fields:

    1. Legend 5 from Legends

    2. Total Bucket Five from calculated fields.
