new cashier can't login after Upgrading R3.

Recently we upgraded from AX 2012 R2 to R3 with CU13.
During the setup the Retail POS client, we set up a password in the Retail Salt Utility on the cashier's which is the R2 users, and the existed R2 cashiers are logging on well.
However, new created R3 Cashiers can't login with the retail salt configuration. So, I tried to delete the Retail Salt Utility values in the Windows Registry because they could not log in to the POS Client. After then that, new R3 cashier can log on to the POS Client.

But, upgraded R2 cashier can't login without Retail Salt utility value.


If you know how to solve this funny situation, please let me know how to handle this.
