Command bar is not rendering in any browser. And also not able to open the records.
We haven't done any customization or changes.
Environment: MS Dynamics CRM 2013 SP1 UR 3

I have researched the issue and found this is due to someone in our team changed the setting in Customization Tab.
To Resolve this issue. Uncheck the checkbox for "Open Microsoft Dynamics CRM in Application mode"
