Trial activation issue

Hi,

I have downloaded a trial veriosn of the dynamic rms. However when I am trying to activate it using the trial key. The only option is via internet and the it comes back with a "Network error: A network or communication error has occurred. We are unable to activate your software at this time."

I have confirmed that we have an active internet connection.

Please let me know if there are any logs for this or if I can activate it over the phone.

    OK, try to turn down the firewall for few minutes and try again. Also, add www.microsoft.com as trusted site. Any antivirus on that PC? IF yes, can you desable it for 10 min and try again?

    Thank you for the reply. However this did not help.

    Firewall is turned off and microsoft.com already added as a trusted site.

    Antivirus is not installed on the system. :(

    I suppose you have a filtered internet. Try activation using a proxy, like hotspot or freegate
