Hi,
I have downloaded a trial veriosn of the dynamic rms. However when I am trying to activate it using the trial key. The only option is via internet and the it comes back with a "Network error: A network or communication error has occurred. We are unable to activate your software at this time."
I have confirmed that we have an active internet connection.
Please let me know if there are any logs for this or if I can activate it over the phone.
