All our users get a generic error when they are in an Account in CRM, then choose the "Documents" button. Since setup, this has created a SharePoint folder for the account and allowed the document to be stored in CRM.
The error reads:
An error has occurred.
Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support.
I am a Global Admin and I'm also getting the error. This error began within a couple weeks of updating to CRM 9.0. I cannot for the life of me find a viable solution.
Any help would be much appreciated!
