Can no longer add documents to Accounts in CRM (SharePoint)

All our users get a generic error when they are in an Account in CRM, then choose the "Documents" button. Since setup, this has created a SharePoint folder for the account and allowed the document to be stored in CRM.

The error reads:

Unexpected Error

An error has occurred. 
Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support.

I am a Global Admin and I'm also getting the error. This error began within a couple weeks of updating to CRM 9.0. I cannot for the life of me find a viable solution.

Any help would be much appreciated!

    Hi codallas,

    We were also facing same issue after version upgrade to 9.0.

    Solution worked for us is to make sure you check "create folder autometically" checkbox while setting up share point integration in dynamics.

    If this was working earlier, then perhaps you can dig into SharePoint log files with “Correlation Id” and you will be able to nail-down the culprit...

    SharePoint log file location: C:\Program files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\LOGS

    I'm happy to try anything, but I'm kind of the "default" admin (limited knowledge set). Would you kindly provide a step-by-step to accomplish your suggestions above? Thank you so much!

    Have you looked at the logs?  Checked that Server Side Sync is setup correctly still?    Any permissions change within Sharepoint?
