Email Template Dialog

We are currently on Microsoft Dynamics 365Version 2104 (9.1.13.12) (DB 9.1.13.12) on-premises.

I believe I know the answer to this already but wanted to confirm. There is currently no way to modify the Email templates dialog, correct? I'm being asked to look into this to answer the following questions:

  • Can the number of "recently used" be increases/decreased?  
  • Can we change what is visible on the "Email Template" card? Currently shows: Name, Category, Description, Created On, and Created By.    
  • If there are lot of templates, will they all be visible just by scrolling?
