How to set separate goals for customer

Hey,

I need to create customer goals in crm.

But when looking into the CRM OOB entities i find that we can set Goals and Goal Metric only for systemuser.

It will be really helpful if some ideas are shared.

Do i need to create a separate custom entity where in i need to make a parent and childrens goal etc.

I am really not sure how to do that.

    Hi Partner,

    Yes. Goals are designed to be for the users, not for the customers.

    But you can refer following link to set goals for non crm users:
