here is the global entry point to the REST APIs:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../customer-engagement

entry point for samples regarding the Web API:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../web-api-samples

    docs.microsoft.com/.../perform-operations-web-api

    Hi,

For Client side, you could use the inbuilt methods XRM.WebAPI - docs.microsoft.com/.../xrm-webapi

You culd also try CRM Rest Builder tool which you can use to build the request and also execute it - www.toplinestrategies.com/.../crm-rest-builder-useful-tool-working-crm-2016’s-web-api

You can download the tool here- github.com/.../releases

For server side, you can follow the available samples - docs.microsoft.com/.../web-api-samples

    Hope this helps.
