MR UnDo checkout error

Hello Experts,

i m facing an error, in Managment Reporter (MR) i have seen a report is stuck with user ID, i have checked out it many times

clear the user data and kill all his sessions but when i check out and see again its shows again that report is still in his use.

pls see the pic to know more about error

    Hi Yasir, Not sure if it will help but Did you get hold of this user (Zeeshan.Afzal) as per highlighted record. If he can undo it.

    Mohit thanks for your response,

    i have resolved it,... i have disable this user and then undo the checkout....this error removed then...
