No capacity entries by production orders with item tracking code

Hello!
 
When I finish a production order for a item with item tracking code, it's not booking the capacity entries. Direct costs for the machines are zero.
 
In our Sandbox I made a copy of the item and removed the item tracking code and there is no issue with the capacity entries.
 
So I'm pretty sure it has to do with the item tracking code.
 
Is there anything in the tracking code settings what I need to do? Or anything else I need to change?

    I fully agree that item tracking has nothing to do with capacity entries at all.
     
    I had contact with our consultant and it has to do with our shopfloor we're working with for the production orders. The shopfloor is causing the issue. If we book via production journal there is no issue.
     
    Our consultant will solve the issue in our shopfloor environment as soon as possible.

    item tracking has nothing to do with capacity entries. check your routing, work center setting and how you process the production order.

    Are you sure the setup of the copied item was the exact same? Both items had the same routing? What about the finished production orders, are they the exact same for the item with a tracking code and without? Both have the same routing information?
     
    Item tracking code simply defines if the item needs a lot or serial number, among other things, so it should not affect the capacity entries. Capacity entries would be related to what you had in your routing.
