Purchase Order Items from Returns Entry Access Denied

Hello,

We are trying to use the Returns Transaction Entry screen for the first time. My users are assigned to roles that include the TRX_PURCH_006 (returns) task. They can open the Returns screen, but when the click on the lookup for the item numbers, they are denied access. I have looked at the TRX_PURCH_006 task and granted access to 'Purchase Order Items' but that did not help.

When a POWERUSER is logged in, they can use the lookup, but the screen that appears does not look like a regular GP screen. It almost looks like its from an old version of GP (See attached screen shot).

How can I give my users access to this lookup?

I looked and all users have access to the SmartList verison of all purchasing windows.

What I was missing was rights to the 'Purchasing Order Item' windows. I added that to TRX_PURCH_006 and now it is workoing.

Do users have access Smarltist alternate lookups? Pull up their Alternate/Modified forms ID, select Smartlist as the product and type windows. Select Smartlist under each option and that will be the 'current' lookup.
