Customer voice distribution error

I receive the following error message /There was an error while sending the email. Please try again in some time./ when trying to send out surveys. There is not much information about this error, but it happened after trying to send a rather large batch of 400 surveys at once, through power automate.
Does anyone have any idea what the cause of the error is, and how it can be fixed?

    HI , we have the same issue.
    Can you tell me how many mail are now in progress?
    On our end it's stuck at 244 , with no possibility to have any influence in the queue.
