Hi,
I am using Dynamics 365 Online.
I have a requirement where customers from Microsoft CSP - Partner Center can login to Dynamics 365 Self Service Portal and access the services. As all customers will have their own domain, how can i configure my Dynamics 365 portal to allow them all login with their organization / work id?
Users with the domain associated with Dynamics 365 admin portal can access the Customer portal where as other domains can not and gives the error as attached.
I have gone through various links that leads to implement Azure B2C for this that works with Twitter, Facebook, and Microsoft id. But my requirement is to allowing them login by their organization id.
How can i achieve this?
Any help would be appreciated .
Thank you Ben !!
It solved my problem, but I have one concern here.
If i do as per your URL, will it store all the users in the AD in which i have registered the App?
And how it is different than B2B and B2C?
Instructions for doing it can be found towards the bottom of the page at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/portals/configure-openid-settings#enable-authentication-using-a-multi-tenant-azure-active-directory-application
