On Schedule Board: Changing 'booking status' to 'completed' is dropping 'work order' field

Hello,

Sometimes, not always, when we right click on a work order block on the scheduling board, choose 'changed status, completed', the bookable resource booking will lose the data in the 'msdyn_workorder' field. This field is locked for sysadmin so I can not go in and associate the work order again. These bookings are floating out in space and obviously can not be seen within the work orders under the 'related records, bookings' section.

Is this a feature or a bug? How are my managers expected to total time to bill for our work orders if they can't see the work (bookings) that was done on them?

Thank you,

Christine

    Hi Christine,

I presume you will need SR with MS.

Can you show image of bookable resource booking none of my Field Service Instances have that field locked. Good idea to refresh browser reasonably often as well.

We have had some minor issues with Schedule Board (extra row so bookings were displaying on wrong line) however they are all resolved V8.2.

I have highlighted the Resource requirement however the Work Order field under down the bottom of the form is unlocked as well

Resource Requirement that contains Work Order as well unlocked. Are both the Resource Requirement and Bookable Resource Booking still in the system? You need to have Resource Requirement correct to attach Bookable Resource Booking from memory.
