I am implementing GP2010 payroll in Saipan. They have two taxes called chapter 7 and chapter 2. The chapter 2 tax is computed by a fairly simple tax table but Chapter 7 is calculated by taking the difference of the computed US Federal Withholding (uses US tax tables)and the computed chapter 2 tax. Any ideas on how I can set this up to work?
