Is it possible to get everyone in the company to view the the leave calender and see who is off?

Currently, the below security assigned to the Leave and absence company calendar.
If you want to show this to everyone, then you have to assign this security duty/privilege.

Will that give an employee any other access also? I just want everyone to view the whole company holiday/leave calender but nothing else as extra? Could I create a new role but what do I need to map it to to give them only that acccess?

When you assign security privileges: View the leave and absence company calendar to Employee role, then all the employees should see the company calendar.
For testing purposes, You can duplicate the Employee role and add this security privilege.
So as an employee how would I see that company calender please?
First, add Security privilege to the Employee role and login to HR. Search for the company calendar in the search box.
If you want to show through the Main menu then You have to add more security duty and privileges as mentioned in earlier message.
