Hi,
I'm trying to set goals for the entire company. I've set the goals for this year for the sales team, but we have another goal that is the entire company revenue.
When I set a goal. the query is filtered by the "owner of the goal", and this is a required field, so i'm not abble to leave it blank or select multiple "lead owners"

You will have to create a team or use the root team of your company to represent the entire company - Once you got a team that represents the entire company, you can then create a Goal and include all other team goals as the child goals.
You must try Goal supervision here, dont leave the space blank,
i have done few great goals for my company Restorationhere
In my opinion it should be lead owner because they will be managing the sales.

not sure ur crm version, but in my instance, there is an option "All" let you use, if you want to set goal for entire company.
